Auction Terms and Conditions

The buyer's premium is 20%.

We do not authenticate items unless specifically stated in the description.  You must do your own due diligence and make your own determination about all items BEFORE bidding. 

By placing a bid, you are entering into a contract to purchase the item(s) should you have the highest final bid. You are bound by the terms and conditions of the auctions. In the unlikely event that your item is unavailable for pickup, your claim is limited to a refund of the selling price.

Pick up is always Friday and Saturday following the auction during regular business hours. By bidding, you agree to remove the items by the specified date, pay for shipping, or forfeit the items.

Do NOT bid if you are unable to pick up your items or do not wish them to be shipped.

NO refunds will be given for any reason.  Please ensure that you have inspected all items for completeness, working condition, authenticity, etc., before you place a bid.  If an inspection is not feasible, please bid accordingly as refunds will not be given due to a lack of due diligence on the part of the bidder.  By placing a bid, you are agreeing that you have either inspected the items/items and are satisfied or are agreeing to accept the item in whatever condition it is in without doing any due diligence.

Bunting Market & Auction Preview: Wednesday- Friday 10-6 & Saturday/ Sunday 10-5
