Auction Terms and Conditions

The buyer's premium is 20%.

By placing a bid, you are entering into a contract to purchase the item(s) should you have the highest final bid. You are bound by the terms and conditions of the auctions. In the unlikely event that your item is unavailable for pickup, your claim is limited to a refund of the selling price.

Pick up is always Friday and Saturday following the auction during regular business hours. By bidding, you agree to remove the items by the specified date or forfeit the items.

Do NOT bid if you are unable to pick up your items.

NO refunds will be given for any reason.
